Inspections and estimates
On-site inspections for property damage claims.
For the firms and attorneys who represent policyholders in Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin. Each claim is one engagement: we attend the inspection, document the loss, and write the complete estimate on the current local price list. One flat fee per claim, revisions and supplements included.
On site
Carrier inspections
On every claim we take, we attend the carrier's inspection and walk the loss with the adjuster.
Photos and measurements
Every affected room documented with photos and measurements taken on site.
LiDAR floor plans
Floor plans captured on site with LiDAR, so the sketch matches the structure.
At the office
The estimate is written on the current local price list and tax rate, with photos and the sketch attached.
- Rebuild and repair
- Water mitigation
- Mold remediation, written to IICRC categories and classes
- Contents, as pack-out and storage or a full inventory
Service area
Within about 50 miles of Milwaukee, including Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine and Kenosha counties. Travel beyond that is billed separately.
Turnaround
Usually about a week from the site visit to the finished estimate, depending on volume. We'll confirm timing when we take on the claim.
Restoration Automation provides on-site inspections and estimates. It is not a public adjuster, does not negotiate with insurance carriers and does not give legal advice. Representing the policyholder is the client's role. No estimate guarantees a claim outcome.
Questions
Who do you work with?
Firms that represent policyholders, such as insurance litigation and pre-suit teams and attorneys, along with the homeowners they work with.
Are you a public adjuster?
No. We inspect, document and write the estimate. Representing the policyholder and dealing with the carrier is the client's job.
How do we get started?
Send a message or book a call. We'll talk through your claims and how you like to work, and claim details come after that.
How is it priced?
One flat fee per claim, agreed when we take the claim on. It covers the site inspection, photos, measurements, the estimate and any revisions or supplements on that claim. We never charge per estimate or a percentage of the claim.
